We were born in 1906 and, 120 years later, we continue writing our story with passion, vision and commitment. We are a family of entrepreneurs who have known how to evolve, adapt and lead a new way of understanding the meat industry.
Today, the fourth generation — Toni, Pol and Marc Viñals — take the baton with enthusiasm, responsibility and a renewed vision, determined to take the family project to a new level, with the same passion that inspired their predecessors.

We were born in 1906 in Mataró with a small butcher shop and, generation after generation, we have evolved, adapted and led a new way of understanding the meat industry. Today, under the direction of the fourth generation, we continue writing our story with passion, vision and commitment.
We are bigger, stronger, and we continue moving forward with the same enthusiasm as our ancestors.

HISTORY
120 years of falling in love with the future


It all began in 1906 with Antoni Viñals Mitjans and his butcher shop in Mataró.
Later, Manel Viñals Soler founded one of the first refrigerated slaughterhouses in Catalonia, marking a milestone in the sector.
The third generation took the brand to Europe, consolidating our international projection.
Today, the fourth generation inherits that legacy with the same passion and drives it towards new horizons.
A journey that began more than a century ago and that today pushes us to dream, to keep growing and to enjoy the path ahead.
